Atlantic Aviation has announced a new International Operations Division, which will enable flight departments, flight followers and handlers that are entering the United States to have a single point of contact at Atlantic. The division will be overseen by Shane Harris. 

Atlantic Aviation announced that six locations have been approved as DCA Gateway Airports. Those airports are: IAH, HOU, AUS, SDF, SBN, PHL and PSP. These Atlantic locations have been approved under the DCA Access Standard Security Program (DASSP) for departures to KDCA (Washington Reagan National Airport).

Atlantic Aviation announced the transaction to purchase Flightcraft FBOs in Portland and Eugene, Ore. has been completed.

Atlantic Aviation has been chosen by the voters of Fltplan.com and the top FBO Chain for a second consecutive year. FltPlan.com surveys pilots and asks them to vote for their favorite FBO in several categories. The 2011 survey was completed by 7,480 professional pilots.
